Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Brits Toys. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Personalised or custom-made items
Sale or clearance items
Products that have been opened or used

To start a return, please contact us at sales@littlebritstoys.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at sales@littlebritstoys.co.uk.
We’ll guide you through returning your original item and placing a new order.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at sales@littlebritstoys.co.uk with your order number and photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
